We're a small, family-run Queensland business creating quality Australian children's books. We carefully pack and check every order before it leaves our hands to ensure you receive a beautiful product.
Change of Mind
As a small business with limited resources, we're unable to offer change-of-mind returns on our books. We encourage you to:
- Preview the book on our website before purchasing
- Read the detailed description and reviews
- Contact us if you have any questions before ordering

Faulty or Damaged Books
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we'll make it right.
We'll provide a full refund or replacement if your book:
- Arrives damaged or defective
- Has missing or torn pages
- Is significantly different from the description
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: We'll review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Send the Item: Carefully package the book and send it to the address we provide.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Books that have been written in, damaged, or show signs of use
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
